The Changes to tenancy laws – what you need to know audio resource is an overview of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 which commenced on 31 January 2011.

The audio contains information about what tenants need to be aware of at the beginning, during and ending of a tenancy. It is designed to help migrants, especially refugees and emerging language groups in NSW understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants.

The audio is available in the following key and emerging languages: Arabic, Burmese, Dari, Dinka, Kirundi, Korean, Mandarin, Somali, Swahili and Tetum.
