(a) s74, 115 or 116 of the Credit Act 1984, or

Rehearing and Notice to Renew Proceedings fees will be the same as the original hearing fee (clause 12)

Fee for issue of a summons under s40 of the CTTT Act (Clause30(5))

Fee for a copy of a document other than a written record or transcript of evidence or proceedings
