Conveyancers Licensing Regulation 2006 (Schedule 2, Clause 5)
Notes:  (i) The processing fee, a component of the total fee, is retained by the Office of Fair Trading if the application is refused; (ii) * Includes the Compensation Fund Contribution (CFC), currently $61, is included in the fee level for each of the licence applications for grant, renewal or restoration of a licence.  The note in Clause 5 of the Regulation explains the basis for in the CFC which is provided for in the Property, Stock and Business Agents Legislation.
