Luggage straps - elastic
The Fair Trading Regulation 2007 restricts the supply of elastic luggage straps, having a hook, buckle, or other fastening devices at each extremity, designed to be used for the purpose of securing luggage or other objects, unless they carry a permanently affixed label with the prescribed warning.
