Mandatory professional indemnity insurance
From 1 January 2013 a new regulation makes professional indemnity insurance compulsory for licensed property occupations. There are transitional arrangements, and licensees without an existing professional indemnity insurance policy have until 1 July 2013 to obtain coverage.
