Disclosure of vendor bids 

If a residential property or rural land is passed in at an auction and the last bid was a vendor bid, an agent who refers to the amount of that bid in the subsequent marketing of the property needs to disclose that it was a vendor bid.

The vendor bid and last bid at an auction must be recorded in the bidder’s record.
