Tenant databases
Many real estate agents are not willing to rent a residential property to anyone who is listed on a tenant database. To protect tenants from unfair treatment in relation to the use of tenant databases, real estate agents and property managers must follow rules under the Property Stock and Business Agents Amendment (Tenant Databases) Regulation 2004.
