NSW Fair Trading delivers free, 2-hour seminars at various locations throughout NSW throughout the year.
Builders and pool builders can earn 2 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points (or 4 points under the old CPD system) by attending a seminar. The seminar is relevant to the CPD topic of Compliance and covers key aspects of the Home Building Act 1989 as well as the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Act 2001.
