During 2008, the Office of Fair Trading will deliver a free 2-hour seminar at various locations throughout NSW.

Builders and pool builders attending the seminar will earn 2 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points (or 4 points under the old CPD system). The seminar is relevant to the CPD topic of Compliance and will cover key aspects of the Home Building Act 1989 as well as the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Act 2001.

Anyone interested in attending a seminar in the locations listed on this page should send an email to the address below. While the seminar has been designed for licensees in the home building industry, members of the public will be welcome to attend, subject to availability.

In your email, please indicate your licence class (if licensed) and include a contact phone number and the name of the town/suburb where you would like to attend. Subject to demand and availability, dates, times and venues will then be organised for each seminar location and details will be emailed to those who expressed interest.
