The NSW Parliamentry Counsel's Office (PCO) operates this database and is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information it contains. If you intend to use the list for legal research, you should be aware that amendments occur from time to time and may not be reflected in the consolidated version of an Act for a short period. The PCO Web site states that any amendments are usually consolidated within a 5 day period of their commencement.
