Alternatively, phone NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to discuss how to lodge a complaint. 

Response time

If you have provided your e-mail address, your file number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If an email address was not provided, a Fair Trading officer will contact you within 14 days.
