  • Home Building - Qualified Supervisor certificates
  • Home Building - Tradesperson certificates
  • Motor  Vehicle Tradesperson certificates
  • Motor Vehicle Repairer licences
  • Motor Dealer licences
  • Tow Truck Driver certificates
  • Tow Truck Operator licences
  • Pawnbrokers and Second Hand Dealers licences
  • Conveyancer licences
  • Paintball Marker permits
  • Tattoo Parlour Operators licences
  • Tattooist licences

How to apply for the fee waiver

The process to get a free replacement card is simple:

If you’re in a flood affected area you can call 13 32 20 or visit your nearest Service NSW Centre with your filled out form.

If you qualify, we’ll send you a replacement card.

You must request a replacement card within three months of the disaster being declared, with the exception of Owner Builder permit applicants who have up to 12 months.
