New Bill to change strata and community land scheme laws
The Strata Legislation Amendment Bill 2023 was introduced into Parliament on 10 October 2023 and is currently being considered.
These strata reforms address by-laws concerning pets and assistance animals, strata and association committees, the strata renewal process and overall governance. For more information read the media release.
