Online licence applications

Lodge your application online at the NSW Government Licensing Service for the following licences and certificates of registration:

  • Individual property licences (Real estate, stock and station, & strata managing agents)
  • Property certificate of registration (Assistant agents)

  • Motor vehicle recycler licence
