Online forms for property agents
To apply for an individual or corporation licence, or a certificate of registration, visit the OneGov Property and Real Estate page. Or, follow these links to the form you need:
- Apply for a property licence for an individual - for a Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, Strata Managing Agent and Auctioneer.
- Apply for a property corporation licence
- Apply for a property certificate for an individual - applies to Assistant Real Estate Agent, Assistant Stock and Station Agent, or Assistant Strata Managing Agent.
Note that address changes can be made during the OneGov renewal process. However, you will still need to download the relevant form below to change your address if you have already renewed your licence or certificate.

Operational forms
The Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 requires that forms approved by the Secretary be used in relation to specific activities.
These are:
- Section 35 form for a licensee to notify the Secretary of a franchising agreement that has been entered into. This form is to clarify responsibilities and lines of accountability because under s35(2) of the Act, franchisors need to inform NSW Fair Trading in writing within 7 days after becoming aware of any failure to account by a licensee who is a party to the franchising agreement. - Section 47 form for agents disclosing any relationship that the agent may have with people to whom the buyer or seller is referred for professional services.
