What's in the Mascot Tower Assistance Package - Owner investor?
The NSW Government will provide financial assistance to eligible owner- investors of apartment units in Mascot Towers.
The amount payable is the amount the owner was receiving in rent at the time of the evacuation, or the maximum amount below, whichever is the lowest:
- Up to $600 per week for a one-bedroom apartment
- Up to $750 per week for a two-bedroom apartment
- Up to $1000 per week for a three-bedroom apartment
Eligible owner-investors can claim assistance from the period of 14 June 2019.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must:
- be the owner of an apartment in Mascot Towers
- not own three or more investment properties

Please note: the closing date to submit applications to Fair Trading is 31 December 2022.
What happens next
