What is it?
The checklist enables you to review your business compliance needs – 24/7, when it suits you.
The checklist takes about 30 minutes to complete and will cover areas such as :
- how to complete your required business records
- information you need for your business records
- minimum holding yard security requirements
- equipment required on your tow trucks
- what signage you need display.
What happens next?
Once completed, you can email this list to yourself and/or send a copy to us for feedback. We can then provide you with any help that you might need in completing your compliance forms.

The checklist acts as a guide only. It is optional and you will not be held accountable for the responses you provide. However, by using the checklist you will be making sure that you are operating your towing business under NSW Fair Trading legislative requirements.
