Tattoo licensing has moved to NSW Police from 1 September 2023
All tattoo licence applications must be lodged with the NSW Police Force, Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED).
NSW Fair Trading will no longer process tattoo licences.
Customers should visit the SLED website or call 1300 362 001 for details on how to apply for tattoo licences.
